These Terms govern the relationship between MonkeyStake and businesses using our platform for reputation management and customer engagement.

1. Service Description

MonkeyStake provides a platform for businesses to:

• Claim and manage business profiles
• Respond to customer reviews
• Access analytics and insights
• Promote services to users
• Engage with the gaming community

2. Eligibility and Verification

To use our business services, you must:

• Be a legally registered business
• Hold valid gaming licenses where required
• Provide accurate business information
• Designate authorized representatives

3. Subscription and Fees

Business accounts may be subject to fees for premium features including:

• Advanced analytics
• Priority support
• Promotional placements
• API access
• Custom reporting

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

Businesses agree not to:

• Manipulate reviews or ratings
• Offer incentives for positive reviews
• Submit fake reviews
• Harass or threaten reviewers
• Misrepresent business information

6. Intellectual Property

Businesses retain rights to their trademarks and content. By using our platform, businesses grant us license to display their information and branding.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination.

8. Liability

MonkeyStake is not liable for the content of reviews or business losses resulting from negative feedback.
